A house full of teenagers...and these are the items that we run out of on a regular basis:
bandaids - for our son, Crash
Socks - yup, just like everyone else with a washing machine and dryer.
Feminine products - we have 3, count them, 3 teenage girls at home. And yes, all their moons do align at once.
Milk - our rule is that if we drive within a mile of a store that sells milk, stop and buy it
Hair elastics - I'm not sure what they do with them but I'm expecting to find some huge Rube Goldberg elastic invention somewhere in the house after they all move out.
Food - Do I even need to mention this? Isn't it obvious?
Toilet paper - Oh my. I keep a private stash for myself.
Patience - sometimes...it's true.
Time - I run out of time on a regular basis -- which explains my lack of dedication to this blog.
Uh, money - but this is not the most important thing. Thank goodness.
Because we do have an abundance of the commodities that are most important.

So you got me beat on the kids there... I have two. 8 months, and 4... However, I think the shelf I store my patience on is a little shallower than it used to be. Once upon a time, I had a very long fuse. Not so much anymore.
ReplyDeleteDon't lament the lack of blogging, you seem to have your hands full at the moment, and with good reason!
Matt,
ReplyDeleteThanks for understanding...about the lack of posts and the length of time it has taken me to post your comment. Sigh....
I like your list.....mine is very similar. ;0)
